A: SIPSCOPE auditors are senior consulting engineers with over 20 years of experience. Junior technicians and intermediate level engineers will be supervised by our senior engineers on every assigned task. No one works on an island. All of our work is peer reviewed

A: Presently, SIPSCOPE currently provides its services for Cisco on-premises based UC Collaboration architectures e.g., Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection (CUXN), Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Unified Border Element (CUBE)/Voice Gateway (VG), Expressway Mobile & Remote Access (MRA) and Video Communications Server (VCS), Emergency Responder (CER), Singlewire InformaCast Advanced and Fusion, & VMware. We will be expanding this range to support other brands of systems as soon as possible

Q: What Collaboration Remediation Services are offered?
A: SIPSCOPE will provide configuration or architecture design changes, in accordance with our customer’s change management processes. This may include software & hardware upgrades, patches, or topology or configuration design changes
